You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Greenfield in Oldham.
This community pharmacy is commutable from the Greater Manchester area and Yorkshire and is located on a high street. It has a good relationship with the local GP surgeries/health centres.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
How our pharmacy makes a difference:

It dispenses 6000 items a month,

It provides a wide range of services including covid/flu vaccinations, nms, blood pressure, abpm, mds, contraception, wight management and a range of private services.

It dispenses up to 40 community blisters.
This pharmacy is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-6pm, Tuesday, Thursday 9am-5.30pm and Saturday 9am-12.30pm.
The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of two pharmacy assistants.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.
You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.
You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
