Full job description

This vacancy is currently provisional, and the start date is subject to final business confirmation.

Hours: 25 hours per week 39 hours per week (term time, school hours)

Pay: £26, 821 - £28,250 pro rata (£13,440 - £14,125 per year plus holiday pay)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Programme Facilitator to lead and coordinate our high quality facilitation of our growing recovery programmes. Working with colleagues you will play a key role in assessing the needs of our clients on their recovery journey and shaping what we deliver to ensure our recovery programmes meet the needs of our clients. Ideally you would of worked in a front-line specialist domestic abuse support role and will be experienced in assessing risk and supporting clients will are experiencing abuse or who have recently become free of abuse and need trauma informed, non-judgemental and client led support to move forward with their recovery. The role involves planning, delivering, and evaluating sessions tailored to our clients.

You will have experience and understanding around the importance of creating safe spaces for clients to emotionally heel from their trauma and you will thrive in holding that space for them and leading by example by demonstrating a strong commitment to your own empowerment journey.

We all work together in the shared belief that every single person has the right to live their life free from domestic abuse and this role will require the right person to work tirelessly to support our clients to help them achieve this.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are committed to helping survivors to break the cycle of domestic abuse and support their recovery.

Responsibilities

Update case notes following every contact with clients before, during and following each session and liaison with other practitioners as and when appropriate.
Support and oversee the collation of feedback data from clients following successful completion of a programme.
Work with Next Chapter practitioner teams to co-create, develop and amend Next Chapter programmes to ensure our programmes develop and evolve and continue to meet the needs of our clients.
Provide high quality specialist domestic abuse support to clients attending the programmes and liaise where appropriate with other practitioners depending on the individual needs of the client attending.
Liaise and work in partnership with other agencies who are providing facilities for the Next Chapter programme delivery.
Be the first point of contact for colleagues and other agencies enquiries regarding Next Chapter programmes.
Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: £26,821.00-£28,250.00 per year
