About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technology Support & Solutions Specialist to administer, support and develop our core housing system and other business systems.

What You'll Be Doing

Administering, supporting and continuously improving key business systems, including the Core Housing System.
Ensuring systems remain secure, reliable and compliant.
Acting as an escalation point in the Housing Systems Helpdesk for complex system issues and incidents.
Working with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, upgrades, integrations and digital projects.
Championing digital best practice, data quality and cyber security across supported systems.
Carrying out regular and scheduled out of hours system tasks to help support systems.
Ensuring digital application contracts are maintained in an effective and timely manner.

What You'll Bring

Experience configuring and supporting business scale systems
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues effectively.
Experience working with data, reporting and system integrations.
Strong understanding of system security, governance standards and data security
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders.
Experience of housing systems, digital projects or project delivery would be advantageous.
