Property and Lettings Coordinator
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday (day off in lieu provided during the week).
About the Role
Established in 2008, Maldon Lettings is an independent, award-winning lettings agency with an excellent reputation for delivering a professional and personal service throughout Maldon and the surrounding areas.
We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team. Whilst previous experience within the property industry would be advantageous, it is not essential. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise competing demands and a willingness to support both colleagues and clients in a fast paced environment.
Main Duties
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Arranging and conducting property viewings.
- Responding to property enquiries by telephone, email and online portals.
- Carrying out property inspections and preparing reports.
- Assisting with property marketing, including taking photographs and preparing property details.
- Preparing tenancy documentation and supporting the tenancy process.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Coordinating maintenance works and compliance appointments.
- General office administration and updating our property management software.
- Providing a consistently high level of customer service.

- Hold a full UK driving licence and be confident driving between appointments.
Experience
Previous experience in lettings, or the property industry would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
