This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll work across a broad range of security and assurance activities, helping to protect critical services and support continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading vulnerability management activities and working with technical teams to reduce security risks.
- Managing and supporting security incidents, investigations and lessons learned activity.
- Conducting security risk assessments and advising on appropriate controls for systems, services, projects and suppliers.
- Supporting governance, compliance and assurance processes through reporting, monitoring and improvement planning.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, helping colleagues across the organisation understand security risks and make informed decisions.
- Maintaining oversight of security actions, controls and improvement initiatives to strengthen our overall security posture.
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of security policies, standards and guidance, helping to shape the future direction of information security across the organisation.
