Full job description

Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 57 studios nation-wide (and counting!), leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. We want you to be a part of our future!

An exciting opportunity is available at our Penzance studio for a Studio Assistant. This position is based on a fully flexible contract, primarily covering weekends, with up to 11 hours per week available. Flexibility is essential, as occasional day and evening shifts may be required. Additional hours and shifts are also available to cover staff holidays, sickness, and other business needs.

As a Studio Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the studio by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with sales and stock replenishment. You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager and team to ensure the studio is welcoming, safe and operating smoothly at all times.

What we are looking for:

Essential

Previous customer-facing experience
English GCSE or equivalent qualification / demonstrable communication skills
Experience working towards a goal or target, demonstrated through previous roles or education
Ability to attend mandatory training
Examples of good time management
Motivation to succeed and take on new challenges

Desirable

Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
Experience or interest in the health and beauty industry
Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
