We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our team at CAR360. As a Premium online car dealer renowned for excellence, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of quality to our valued customers. Due to continued growth, the company requires a passionate individual with exceptional attention to detail, a proven track record of providing outstanding service, and a commitment to excellence to join our existing administration department. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that all paperwork and compliance is adhered to.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete and process all appropriate purchase documentation for vehicle purchases
- Maintain deal files with all documentation filed accordingly
- Prepare and complete all sales invoices. Check against finance documents if applicable. Ensure accuracy of documents including handover documents, part exchange details and warranty documentation.
- Ensure that the sales teams have adhered to administration guidelines, and all paperwork has been completed correctly.
- Maintain an accurate Sales DOC (daily operating control) spreadsheet
- Update V5c documents for sold vehicles
- Administer vehicle warranties
- Apply for unit stocking and arrange payment for purchases – liaising with the accounts department as appropriate
