Responsibilities/Duties:
Core Functions
Online Support
To deal with customer queries via email
Process orders placed through the website
Process returns and refunds
Banking/Cashing up at the end of the day
Updating supervisor/manager of any issues or product mis-picks/errors
Helping with stock takes, bay checks and returning stock to appropriate departments
Investigate stock and respond to any stock discrepancies
Review Website product issues
International shipping quotes
Provide excellent customer service
Process returns and refunds
Processing comic subscriptions
Responding to Review Sites
Checking for any discrepancies Warehouse Support
To supervise the provision of excellent customer service
Picking, Scanning, Packing and dispatch of customer orders.
Processing returns.
Booking in and checking for any discrepancies
Updating Manager of any issues or product mis-picks/errors.
Helping with stock takes, bay check and returning stock to appropriate departments.
Bagging mail and processing orders through post and courier services.
Booking and checking comic delivery
Processing comic subscriptions.
Assisting in warehouse duties and routines
Reporting damages
Ordering and reordering of mail order supplies
Stock Management:
Liaising internally with buyers and externally with customers regarding stock
Weekly bay checks on all stock levels held by MO and ensuring all overstocks are returned to relevant departments.
Other
To ensure that general standards are met with regards to health and safety standards and meet obligations as identified by the Department Management.
Customer Care
Proactively develop and maintain the highest standards of customer care in all areas of responsibility.
Relationships
Always maintain effective communication, ensuring that all information is shared with relevant staff, clients and customers.
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all personnel.
Provide regular feedback to your line manager ensuring they are advised of all developments and problems in your areas of responsibility.
Act always in the best interest of the business to further good relations.
Self Development
Conduct a continual review of personal performance, seeking to improve effectiveness both individually and as a team member.
Assist in the identification of personal training and development needs in relation to your duties and ensure these are fulfilled in line with Departmental Business Objectives.
Understand and work towards individual, team, and business objectives.
General
Ensure that health and safety standards are always maintained. Advise the Health and Safety Representatives of potential risk areas.
