Full job description

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Drainage Engineer to join our expanding team. The role will involve a mixture of reactive and planned drainage works, including high-pressure water jetting.

You will be working across a variety of sites including residential properties, commercial buildings, and managed facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out high-pressure water jetting to clear blockages
Diagnose and resolve drainage issues efficiently
Conduct CCTV drain surveys
Perform repairs, maintenance, and installation of drainage systems (Basic plumbing)
Attend emergency call-outs as part of a rota
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

Proven experience in drainage and jetting
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer-facing skills
Flexibility for overtime and call-out rota

Desirable (not essential):

Confined space certification
Street works (NRSWA) qualification

Pay: £26,990.89-£36,827.25 per year
