Warehouse Associate

Location: Kibworth, Leicestershire (LE8)
Salary: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time (39 hours)
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm | Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
No Weekends

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team and play a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on warehouse role within a busy and supportive team. You will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, assembled, and dispatched efficiently, whilst helping maintain a safe, organised, and productive warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Duties:

Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and neatly
Receive and process incoming goods
Book and prepare courier shipments
Assist with customer and courier collections
Carry out weekly and rolling stock takes
Perform light mechanical assembly of products and kits
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment
Assist with general warehouse organisation and housekeeping
Support other areas of the business when required

About You

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Essential:

Previous warehouse experience
Strong attention to detail
Good organisation and time management skills
Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
Good communication skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Physically fit and capable of manual handling and lifting

Desirable:

Experience using courier or shipping systems
Counterbalance Forklift Licence
