- Working with suppliers to stay ahead of emerging technology and innovation
- Supporting customer escalations and relationships, including working with partner IT teams
- Contributing to solution design and technical input for new opportunities
- Maintaining and developing the knowledge base and technical standards library
What We’re Looking For

· Proven experience with security systems (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms)
· Experience commissioning, troubleshooting and supporting integrated systems
· Comfortable working with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve technical challenges
Skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset, able to diagnose complex, multi-system issues
- Ability to document and standardise technical solutions
- Confident in delivering training and knowledge sharing
- Passion for learning and adopting new technology

Why Join iFacility?
- Be part of a company that is transforming security through technology and AI
- Work on innovative solutions that go beyond traditional CCTV and alarms
- Join a collaborative, supportive team where your input directly shapes our technical direction
- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge systems, in-house software and major UK clients
- A role with real variety — from lab testing and system design to customer engagement
The Person
