We're looking for a proactive and driven Lease Manager to join our team, helping to grow our portfolio of leased properties across Plymouth. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of property, housing, and business development, securing homes that make a real difference to people's lives.
As Lease Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and negotiating lease opportunities with private landlords, developing strong partnerships, and ensuring lease agreements deliver value for both landlords and the organisation. Working closely with our Housing, Assets, and Finance teams, you'll play a key role in expanding our property portfolio while managing risk and ensuring high-quality service throughout the lease lifecycle.

Identifying and securing new lease opportunities with private landlords and property owners.

Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective lease agreements across Plymouth and the surrounding area.

Developing positive, long-term relationships with landlords, letting agents, and other property professionals.

Negotiating commercially viable lease agreements that meet organisational objectives.

Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure leases are effectively managed from acquisition through to completion.

Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, maintaining excellent relationships and delivering a professional service throughout the lease term.

Monitoring lease performance and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
