Overview
Join Gallagher’s Marketing Studio as a Video Production Manager. You’ll work with a talented team of creatives to bring video projects to life. From social campaigns to executive interviews, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality content that makes an impact. Based in Glasgow, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the globe, ensuring every project runs smoothly and meets our high standards.
How you'll make an impact
In this role, you’ll manage video projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate requests, set timelines, and ensure resources are in place. Working closely with account managers, videographers, and editors, you’ll keep projects on track and resolve any challenges along the way. You’ll also help with pre-production planning, post-production workflows, and quality checks to ensure every video meets technical and brand standards. This isn't a hands-on videographer role.

About You
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

Experience managing projects witihin creative teams - video experience a distinct advantage.

Knowledge of post-production workflows, including editing and motion graphics.

Familiarity with tools like Workfront, Frame.io, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate across time zones and manage multiple projects.
