AutoProtect Group have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Accounts Analyst to join our department in Harlow, Essex.
The Accounts Analyst supports the Central Support Unit Department by handling accounts receivable tasks, premium funding administration, dealer account queries, and escalated customer issues. Working closely with customers, dealers, premium funding providers, and internal teams, the role helps ensure new agreements are processed correctly, premiums are collected and allocated accurately, and queries are resolved efficiently.

Pay & hours:
- Salary: £ 27,000 per annum
- Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
The Role
What You’ll Do
- Manage all Premium Funding queries/enquiries
- Manage Premium Funding and Non-Premium Funding cancellation process
- Debtors Statement (Statement of accounts and copy of invoices, Remittances for direct debit)
- Research and respond to accounts receivable enquiries in a timely manner
- Dealing with customer queries on telephone / via email / ticketing system
- Ensure SLA’s are continually met with optimum levels of quality and service delivery both oral and written
- Any clerical/administration tasks which may be required to support the management team
- Work with external stakeholders to understand the issue with the service, function or the product provided
- Administration support to Sales agents/Dealers
- Dealer setup and upkeep of product configuration
- Liaise with the Head of the Finance Department to gather and upskill own system knowledge base to improve the handling of the support tickets and provide solutions for all clients
- Ensure that proposed business processes are in line with best practises from an insurance and financial perspective
- Provide professional corporate image to all company contacts
- Credit checks using Equifax and Lexus-Nexus systems
- Other reasonable duties as required
