The Role
We're looking for an experienced, creative and commercially minded Brand & Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for OFF STAGE LIVE.
This isn't a traditional marketing role.
You'll be responsible for building a brand from launch, creating excitement around our event, growing an engaged dance community and delivering campaigns that drive registrations, ticket sales, sponsorship value and long-term brand awareness.
You'll work closely with the Founder to shape the voice, identity and future direction of OFF STAGE LIVE, becoming one of the first key members of the team.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy
- Develop and deliver the overall marketing and brand strategy for OFF STAGE LIVE.
- Build OFF STAGE LIVE into one of the UK's most recognised dance event brands.
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and audience growth.
- Protect and evolve the visual identity and tone of voice.
Digital Marketing
Plan, manage and optimise marketing campaigns across:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- TikTok
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Google
Including:
- Organic campaigns
- Paid advertising
- Retargeting campaigns
- Audience growth
- Performance reporting
Social Media & Community Management
Grow and engage our online community by creating content that connects with:
- Dancers
- Parents
- Dance schools
- Teachers
- Colleges
- Industry professionals
- Sponsors
- Exhibitors
You'll be responsible for planning, scheduling and managing social media content while responding to comments, messages and community conversations.
Content Creation
Lead the planning and creation of engaging content including:
- Short-form video (Reels & TikTok)
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Teacher and guest interviews
- Event announcements
- Faculty reveals
- Competition promotions
- Blogs
- Photography briefs
- Promotional graphics
- Email campaigns
Experience creating and editing engaging video content is highly desirable.
Website & SEO
Manage and develop the OFF STAGE LIVE website by:
- Keeping content up to date
- Uploading event information
- Managing teacher profiles
- Updating timetables
- Publishing blogs
- Improving SEO
- Increasing website traffic and conversions
Email Marketing
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns including:
- Launch campaigns
- Countdown campaigns
- Ticket sales
- Competition reminders
- Sponsor announcements
- Teacher Convention promotions
- Exhibitor updates
Segment audiences to deliver relevant and engaging communications.
PR & Partnerships
Build relationships with:
- Dance media
- Industry publications
- Influencers
- Dance organisations
- Colleges
- Sponsors
- Brand partners
Identify opportunities to increase media coverage and strengthen the OFF STAGE LIVE brand.
Sponsorship Marketing
Work closely with sponsors and partners to maximise the value of their involvement by delivering:
- Joint marketing campaigns
- Sponsor activations
- Social media collaborations
- Competitions and giveaways
- Promotional content
- Branded campaigns
Event Marketing
Lead marketing activity before, during and after the event, including:
- Ticket sales
- Competition entries
- Masterclass bookings
- Teacher Convention registrations
- Exhibitor promotion
- Sponsor exposure
- Countdown campaigns
- Live event content
- Post-event highlights
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using data and insights.
Produce reports covering:
- Website traffic
- Ticket sales
- Engagement
- Reach
- Return on advertising spend
- Campaign performance
Use findings to continually improve future campaigns.
Event Delivery
As one of the core members of the OFF STAGE LIVE team, you'll play an active role during event delivery.
Responsibilities may include:
- Managing live social media coverage
- Coordinating photographers and videographers
- Capturing behind-the-scenes content
- Supporting media and influencer activity
- Delivering sponsor content
- Working alongside the event team to ensure the event is represented professionally across all channels

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in marketing, brand management or digital marketing.
- Experience developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy across multiple platforms.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google and/or TikTok).
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Experience using website CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or similar).
- Knowledge of SEO and website optimisation.
- Experience analysing marketing performance and reporting on results.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

- Event marketing.
- Dance or performing arts industry knowledge.
- Sponsorship or partnership marketing.
- PR and media relations.
- Video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
- Photography and content planning.
- Working with influencers or brand ambassadors.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
