Company Overview

We are a family-run hotel located in, dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality and dining experiences. Our establishment features 25 comfortable bedrooms and a main restaurant with seating for 136 guests, offering an extensive menu to satisfy all tastes.
Summary

We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at our family-run hotel in. This role is vital in delivering high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will be based in, contributing to our mission of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards.
Assist in the development of new menu items alongside the head chef.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Ensure food safety regulations are strictly followed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed.
Support junior kitchen staff in their training and development.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating diverse dishes.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Good communication skills and team spirit.
Formal culinary training is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of Spanish cuisine is a plus.
