Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for gardening and horticulture. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product displays, and supporting the overall organisation of the store. . The position offers an engaging environment where you can develop your organisational and merchandising skills while sharing your love for gardening with customers.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers warmly and offering advice
Organising and maintaining attractive product displays to enhance store visual appeal
Managing stock levels, including restocking shelves and organising merchandise efficiently
Supporting the store’s merchandising strategies to optimise sales opportunities
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the sales area to uphold high standards of presentation

Requirements

Organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure displays are attractive and stock is well-managed
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
Enthusiasm for learning about ladies fashion

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
