Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic
Location: East MIdlands Airport
Employment Type: Contract (short-term)
Salary/Rate: £28ph
Start Date: 10th August (4 week minimum contract)

Role Conditions

Contract Length: Short-term
Shift Pattern: TBC
Rate – £28ph
IR35 Status: Outside IR35

About the Role

On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for a Aircraft Mechanics to support their base maintenance and engineering activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Base Maintenance
C Checks on Airbus aircraft
Carrying out routine maintenance and defect rectification

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

Proven Base Maintenance experience on Fixed Wing
Right to work in the UK
Up-to-date documentation – EWIS 4+5, FTS 1+2, HF Initial and Refresher, SMS Certificates
Foamed toolbox with full inventory and etching
