Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Broker to join our team and drive growth through expert client engagement and tailored insurance solutions. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a vital role in connecting clients with the right insurance policies, providing exceptional service, and expanding our market reach. Duties

Develop new business opportunities through proactive B2B sales strategies, engaging with corporate clients to understand their insurance needs
Analyze client requirements and risk profiles to recommend suitable insurance products that align with their objectives
Manage client portfolios efficiently using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, policies, and follow-ups
Provide bilingual support (Spanish and English) to serve diverse client bases effectively and expand market reach
Educate clients on policy options, coverage details, and claims processes to ensure informed decision-making
Collaborate with underwriters and insurance providers to negotiate terms that benefit both the client and the company
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policy changes, and analysis reports for continuous improvement and compliance

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales within the insurance or financial services sector is highly desirable
Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs, risk factors, and policy options accurately
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) platforms for effective client management
Fluency in Spanish is required to communicate confidently with diverse clients and expand outreach efforts
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a lively, engaging approach to client interactions
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
A proactive mindset with enthusiasm for building relationships and driving sales growth
