- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns, special events, and themed streams that align with brand goals
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement metrics, and growing follower bases
- Track streaming performance metrics and analyze viewer feedback to optimize future sessions for maximum impact
- Maintain a consistent streaming schedule to build audience loyalty and ensure regular brand exposure
Experience
- Proven experience in public relations or social media management, demonstrating ability to build online communities and manage digital content effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present products confidently and authentically on camera
- Familiarity with live streaming tools and platforms such as Whatnot, eBay Live, TikTok Shop.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
- Experience in sales or customer engagement roles is highly desirable but not mandatory; a passion for connecting with audiences is essential
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices for audience growth and engagement
