Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our property development company. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and has the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, building team / relevant contractors and suppliers.

Duties

Manage daily office operations.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate tenancy records using Microsoft Excel.
Handle tenant queries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Co-ordinate any issues with properties with the building team / relevant contractors.
Be able to handle bills and deal with local councils / authorities for tenancy related admin.
Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for services and materials for different property development projects.
Advertise and work with Real Estate agents for the letting of the property portfolio.

Qualifications

Proven office experience with a strong administrative background
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
Proficient in English and one of Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi.
Building / property management experience useful but not mandatory.
Hold a valid UK driving license
