The Opportunity
In the role of Technical Manager, here’s an example of what you’ll be doing to make an impact:
🎤 Bringing Events to Life – Oversee all technical aspects of events, including sound, lighting, AV, and staging.
🎯 Leading the Team – Manage in-house technicians, freelancers, and contractors to deliver top-tier productions.

Problem-Solving on the Fly – Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless event execution.

🛠️ Keeping It Running Smoothly – Maintain and upgrade cutting-edge technical equipment.
📅 Planning & Innovating – Work with clients and event planners to design and execute unforgettable experiences.
🛡️ Prioritising Safety – Ensure all productions meet health & safety and compliance standards.

About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have…
✅ A Tech Wizard – Expertise in audio, lighting, AV, and event production.
✅ A Natural Leader – Strong people management skills, able to lead teams with confidence.
