We're looking for an exceptional organiser, problem solver and relationship builder to join our Executive Office team as an Executive Officer & Data Protection Support. If you're proactive, professional and enjoy making things happen behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

As an Executive Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to combine high-level executive support with specialist data protection and information governance responsibilities in a role where no two days are the same.

What you'll be doing

This is a varied and rewarding role, working closely with members of the Executive Leadership Team, the Data Protection Officer and colleagues across the College Group. You'll:

Provide professional, proactive and confidential support to members of the Executive Leadership Team
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building effective relationships across the College Group and beyond
Support Boards, Committees and other senior meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking.
Support major College events, meetings and initiatives.
Provide administrative and technical support for the College's data protection function, working closely with the DPO and SIRO.

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Calm under pressure and confident using their initiative.
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Meticulous, detail-focused and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
Comfortable working with digital systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experienced in administration, coordination or compliance-related work.
