We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse & Field Service Technician to join
our team in Tetbury. This is a varied and hands-on role combining warehouse operations with
technical installation, servicing and repair responsibilities. There will be travelling to
customers involved, with the occasional overnight stays.
You will play a key part in ensuring equipment is prepared, delivered, installed and
maintained to the highest standards, while supporting efficient warehouse operations and
providing excellent service to our customers.
This role would suit someone with a practical mindset, strong attention to detail and an
interest in mechanical equipment, who enjoys working both independently and as part of a
team. We are looking for someone dependable, organised and consistent. Someone who turns
up, communicates clearly, takes responsibility and is comfortable being part of a small team
where reliability matters. You do not need to know Keiser equipment already, as training will
be provided, but you must have a practical mindset, a willingness to learn, and a mature
approach to work.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Assist with the daily operation of the warehouse, including receiving, checking and
processing incoming goods.
Pick, pack and prepare customer orders and equipment for dispatch.
Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate stock levels using the company stock management system.
Carry out stock checks and support inventory control processes.
Organise and move stock around the warehouse, maintaining a safe and tidy working
environment.
Prepare equipment prior to delivery and installation.
Support warehouse administration tasks, including updating stock records.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and comply with health and safety
procedures.
Technical & Field Service
Deliver, install and commission Keiser equipment at customer premises.
Carry out planned maintenance, servicing and repairs of Keiser equipment.
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
Provide customers with guidance and training on equipment operation and routine
maintenance.
Build strong relationships with customers, representing Keiser UK Limited as a
professional brand ambassador.
Plan and manage daily workloads and travel schedules to ensure excellent customer
service.
Complete service reports, job sheets and documentation accurately and promptly.
Maintain appropriate levels of spare parts, stock and tools required for customer
visits.
Ensure company vehicles and equipment are kept clean, safe and well maintained.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Practical problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Good communication skills and confidence dealing with customers.
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
Good attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
Full UK driving licence.
Physically fit and able to lift and move equipment safely.
Desirable:
Previous warehouse experience, including stock control, picking and packing.
Experience maintaining or repairing mechanical equipment, gym equipment, bikes or
similar products.
Experience working in a customer-facing technical role.
Experience using stock management systems.
Forklift Truck (FLT) licence.
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
