Executive Assistant to the CPO - Nottingham

The rewards

Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000 per annum

Hours

1 day per week home working available

The role of Executive Assistant to the CPO:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CPO, including diary management and scheduling meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries as required
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication
Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for the CPO
Manage email correspondence and prioritise urgent matters for the CPO's attention
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required by the CPO or the wider team

The ideal Executive Assistant to the CPO:

Proven experience in providing administrative support at an executive level
Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
Experience in working for a large complex business
