Job Title: Senior Property Consultant
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Position: Full Time (Including Saturdays)

Role Overview:
As a Senior Property Consultant, you will play a key role in driving revenue, winning instructions, and delivering exceptional service to clients across the full sales journey. This is a fast-paced, target-driven position requiring strong valuation expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while supporting the wider success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Market Appraisals: Carry out accurate and persuasive valuations to win new instructions.
Generate New Business: Proactively create opportunities through canvassing, referrals, database management, and local market activity.
Win Instructions: Build strong pipelines and convert opportunities into listings.
Manage Client Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and buyers, delivering a high level of service.
Negotiate Offers: Effectively negotiate between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcomes.
Sales Progression: Manage transactions from offer agreed through to exchange, ensuring consistent communication with all parties.
Deliver Customer Experience: Take ownership of the full client journey, providing clear, honest, and timely advice throughout.
Marketing & Presentation: Advise on pricing, marketing strategy, and property presentation to maximise value and exposure.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records and manage pipeline activity to ensure targets are achieved.
Team Support & Mentoring: Support junior team members, share best practice, and contribute to overall team performance.
Drive Performance: Lead by example in activity levels, professionalism, and results aligned with company standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in residential property sales.
Strong valuation and listing ability.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Target-driven with strong commercial awareness.
Highly organised with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Local market knowledge is advantageous.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm.
