Part-Time Telesales & Lead Generation Executive
Engineer Now | Office Based | Peterborough
Salary: £13.50 per hour + uncapped commission
Hours: 25 hours per week (ideally split across Monday to Friday, although condensed hours over fewer days will be considered)

As demand for our services continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telesales & Lead Generation Executive to help introduce our business to new customers.

What you'll be doing
You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, reaching out to fire and security installation companies to introduce Engineer Now and generate interest in our services.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound business-to-business sales calls.
- Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.
- Booking appointments for our Business Development team.
- Building relationships with decision-makers.
- Updating customer information within our CRM system.
- Following up on leads and previous conversations.
- Working towards achievable lead generation and appointment booking targets.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident and professional on the phone.
- Motivated by achieving targets and earning commission.
- Organised and able to manage their own workload.
- Positive, resilient and proactive.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, appointment setting or outbound sales is required. Experience within the fire, security or engineering sectors would be an advantage but is not essential.
