Full job description

Dina solutions Ltd is expanding to the UK and is looking fore an experienced Sales Manager to grow our retail shelving and store equipment business.

We deliver complete turnkey solutions for supermarkets, grocery stores, convenience stores, bakeries, butcher shops, cafés, and food retail spaces across the United Kingdom. From our Liverpool showroom to retail projects in London, Manchester, Birmingham, and beyond, we help businesses design, equip, and open stronger commercial spaces.

Requirements

Fluent in Tamil and English.
Proven B2B sales experience in retail shelving, shopfitting, retail fixtures, or supermarket equipment.
Existing relationships within the convenience retail sector are highly desirable.
Able to carry out customer visits, prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and manage projects from enquiry to completion.
Full UK driving licence and willing to travel across the UK to meet clients.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Visit customers and conduct site surveys.
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
Work closely with installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s continued growth.
