Experienced MET Technician – Edinburgh

For more than 70 years, L&I Eaton has built a reputation for delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and exceptional customer service. As one of the UK's largest independent accident repair groups, we work with many of the country's leading insurers and fleet providers, repairing over 20,000 vehicles annually across our growing network of repair centres.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Experienced MET Technician to join our busy Accident Repair Centre in Edinburgh

What You'll Be Doing:

As an MET Technician, you will play a key role in repairing damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Removing, repairing, and refitting electrical, body panels, bumpers and trim components.
Ensuring all repairs meet BSI10125 standards.
Completing work efficiently within allocated repair times.
Working with colleagues to deliver outstanding results.
Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.

What We're Looking for:

Minimum 3 years experience as an MET Technician within an accident repair environment.
Strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems and repair methods.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to delivering high-quality repairs.

Desirable

ATA Accreditation or willing to work towards
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Repair or equivalent.
City & Guilds qualification in MET.
Experience working to manufacturer repair standards.
