Wander is a content studio building original formats and IP for TV, YouTube and global brands. We develop, produce and grow content, shows and channels from broadcast commissions to creator-led YouTube series to brand content that people actually choose to watch.

The Lead Videographer delivers to the visual and technical standard of Wander's work across TV formats, YouTube series and brand campaigns. This role is both creative and hands-on: leading shoots, directing performance and story on location, then carrying that vision through post to deliver a finished product that's genuinely distinctive.
You'll work with a wider team across production and drive quality in filming, exploring new techniques and tools while mentoring others coming up in the team. You'll be trusted to make the calls that matter, creative and technical, from pre-production through to delivery.
Location: Middlesbrough HQ (with travel when necessary)
WHAT WE'RE AFTER
- Strong mid-senior experience across both filming (you don't need 15 years in, but you need a reel that proves you can lead a shoot and finish it too)
- Experienced in a modern edit suite (Adobe)
- Based in or willing to be based in Middlesbrough, this isn't a remote role
- Bonus if you've got experience across TV formats, YouTube-native series, or documentary-style storytelling for global brands

Pay: £29,000.00-£31,500.00 per year
