We are seeking a talented and commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a multinational organisation at the forefront of the renewable energy sector.
As part of a newly developing legal function, you will have the opportunity to work at the world's largest monopile production facility, supporting major international offshore wind farm projects and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
Reporting into the legal leadership team, you will provide practical, commercial legal support across the business, including:

Delivering legal advice to stakeholders at all levels and across a broad range of business functions.

Advising on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management matters.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.

Supporting and advising on contentious and dispute-related matters.

Developing and delivering legal training programmes and guidance materials for the business.

Managing relationships with external legal advisers to ensure efficient and pragmatic service delivery.
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with:

36 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).

Experience within energy, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, or major projects environments; disputes experience is also highly desirable.

A practical, commercial approach to legal problem-solving.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
