Job Summary

An opportunity has arisen to join the the team at Headlam Spa as Fitness Manager. In this energetic role, you will oversee all daily operations of the fitness facility, assisting members and ensuring a safe, engaging environment for all. This full time role for a qualified and experienced person requires a high level of customer service and also has additional benefits including PT commission and a share in our gratuities scheme.

Duties

Management of the spa membership
Offering gym inductions and providing fitness programmes for members
Offering a number of fitness classes and working with external instructors to provide a class timetable suitable for members
Personal training sessions for members
Maintaining gym equipment to the highest of standards liasing with external suppliers
Support on spa reception and in pool plant
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct groups and provide personalized feedback

Pay: £30,000.00-£31,200.00 per year
