Territory Sales Representative
Location: Northeast / Teesside
Salary: £30,000 / Car / Uncapped Bonus

The Role
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow our customer base in a defined geographic area (NE/SR/TS/DL/DH). You will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting our full range of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales within a defined geographic territory (NE/SR/TS/DL/DH)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organisations, and partners
- Maintain and grow existing accounts where applicable
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Promote and sell IT support, connectivity, VoIP, mobile, hardware, and data centre services and other services
- Attend appointments generated by telesales and marketing teams
- Coordinate with internal solution specialists when deeper technical expertise is required
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Engage in networking and other territory-based sales activities
- Meet and exceed sales and quoting targets
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within your territory

Top-Level Sales Approach
- Territory mapping and identification of key accounts
- Structured territory planning using segmented account tiers (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 based on turnover)
- Focus on leading entry-point products (e.g. mobile solutions) to open new opportunities
- Work alongside strategic marketing initiatives to support territory growth
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within IT, telecoms, or technology services
- Strong understanding of one or more of the following: IT support, networking, VoIP, mobile solutions, or cloud/data centre services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the territory
