Full job description

Senior Import Clerk – Feltham, MiddlesexHours: 08:30–17:30, Monday to FridayJoin our well-established and fast-growing logistics team. This is a senior role where you’ll take ownership from day one and really make your mark. If you know import operations inside out and thrive in a busy, hands-on environment, this job is for you.What You’ll Be Doing

Import paperwork – Managing air waybills, bills of lading, commercial invoices and customs entries, making sure everything’s correct and complete
Freight coordination – Liaising directly with carriers, freight forwarders and our own teams to keep shipments moving smoothly
Shipment tracking – Keeping a close eye on all inbound cargo, updating our systems and flagging any issues early
Customs compliance – Making sure every shipment meets UK rules and customs requirements, sorting queries as they come up
Helping the team – Sharing your know-how, supporting junior staff and helping keep our processes running efficiently

What We’re Looking For

Solid end-to-end import experience
Proven experience working with CDS customs entries
Knowledge of Sequoia or Boxtop is a real plus
Super organised, great with customers and calm under pressure
Comfortable using IT and confident with MS Office
Used to working at pace in a busy logistics environment
