Waylands Volvo, Oxford
We are looking for a customer focused Receptionist/Welcome Host to join our busy Volvo dealership in Oxford.
This role is more than meeting and greeting or answering the telephone. You are often our customer’s first impression of Waylands, and as such we’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering a first-class customer experience. Our preferred candidate will bring personality, warmth and efficiency to the role.
Waylands is a successful and growing motor retail group, with 15 representation points across the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor, extending into South Wales.
Duties will include:

Meeting, greeting and registering customers and visitors to the dealership, including offering refreshments.

Answering the phone and transferring calls accordingly.

Post and courier management.

Ensuring the housekeeping and cleanliness of the showroom and waiting areas is excellent, reporting any issues to a manager.
About you:

You should be well presented.

- You must have excellent communication skills and a professional manner.

You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and related software packages.

Preferably have enough flexibility to cover holiday and sickness with other showroom hosts.
Salary, Hours and Benefits:

Salary: £8,261.50 per annum.

Hours: Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm (12.5 hours per week).

A pro-rata percentage of 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)
