Residential Support Worker

Yeovil, Somerset

Salary: £13.45 - £14.15 Plus sleep-in allowance, £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep-ins per month, £3,000-£6,000 pa) From April 1st 2026

Our Children’s Home in Yeovil is looking for a number of Residential Support Workers to join their team and be part of something special.

With help from your manager and a team of passionate Support Workers you will be working alongside children and young people in residential settings who need a kind, caring and fun place to live despite the challenges they may bring.

Our young people are between 8-18 years old who display emotional, behavioural difficulties. This is why we are looking for motivated, determined and resilient staff who are flexible and able to adapt to challenging situations.

When you join us you will be working to a rota working 39 hours per week which will be completed as shifts including long days and sleep-ins.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications and experience are always welcome but aren’t necessary to join us as a Residential Support Worker.
