As a Sales Advisor, you will represent a diverse portfolio through face-to-face sales solutions, ensuring maximum customer engagement and high-quality results while supporting various companies and non-profit organisations in achieving their missions.

Flexible Work Schedule: Choose your workdays between Monday and Saturday, with a recommendation of at least 4 full days per week to maximise your potential earnings.

Engaging Events: Participate in weekly social nights, monthly office activities, quarterly workshops, and exciting annual events such as Christmas parties and summer gatherings.
Uncapped Earnings: Enjoy an uncapped commission structure, earning between £30-£40 per successful sign-up, with average weekly earnings ranging from £450-£600. Additional financial incentives are available for meeting and exceeding targets.

Immediate Start: Begin earning immediately upon completing the vetting process and receiving your badge.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Sales Advisor, you will:

Represent clients through field-based direct sales campaigns to boost brand awareness and expand their customer base.
Attend office meetings for skill-sharing sessions, team discussions, and client updates.
Maintain a professional demeanor as the face of your client’s brand, wearing branded clothing provided by the client.
Complete sales forms to assist customers with the onboarding process.
Contribute positively to the team environment, offering support, encouragement, and constructive feedback.
Take on additional responsibilities as you grow in the role, such as mentoring new team members and leading meetings.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not required.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication abilities.
A positive mindset and openness to new challenges.
Eligible to work in the UK with no legal restrictions for this subcontracted role.
Must be 18 years or older due to insurance policies.
