JOB TITLE – Food and Beverage Supervisor
DEPARTMENT – Food and Beverage
CONTRACT TYPE - Permanent
RATE OF PAY - £12.98 per hour plus amazing benefits
HOURS – 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends
LOCATION – Milford Haven, SA73 3AA

As a key player in our hotel and restaurant operations, you’ll do more than oversee meals and manage teams. You will create memorable moments through flavour, service, and atmosphere. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a dining experience that people talk about, return to, and recommend, in a beautiful location on the idyllic Pembrokeshire coast!
OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
A proven experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star property
Exceptional people skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team
A hands-on approach to handling day-to-day operational challenges

Guarantee an amazing experience for all guests, maintaining high service standards
Train, guide, and support the team to meet The Celtic Collection expectations
Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Liaise with the Culinary team, addressing guest feedback and maintaining service excellence
