Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa is a beautiful Georgian manor house set in the Pembroke shire countryside with 39 en-suite character rooms, two restaurants, banqueting and meeting space.

What are we looking for?

Your day to day role will include

Assisting all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, wherever possible going the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
Dealing with guests promptly upon arrival and departure, as per company standards for check in and check out procedures.
Dealing with inquiries regarding the local area so some knowledge of this would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working on a Hotel Reception providing excellent service and have a passion to develop their career in the hospitality industry but more importantly an enthusiastic can do attitude and a desire to provide the best levels of customer satisfaction at all times with a smile.

Previous experience of Guestline PMS would be an advantage but is not essential
