Building Maintenance Officers

This is a genuinely exciting time to join Pembrokeshire County Council. Our Building Maintenance Team is expanding, and with a significant programme of new and upcoming projects, we’re looking for motivated and skilled individuals who want to be part of our growth.
As a Building Maintenance Officer, you’ll play an important role in delivering a varied portfolio of maintenance, refurbishment and upgrade work across council housing, schools, public buildings and historic assets. With so much new work in the pipeline, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, hands‑on environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll be joining a supportive, friendly and forward‑thinking team within the Housing and Social Care directorate. We are committed to investing in your development, offering ongoing training and real opportunities to progress your career as our service continues to grow.

You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, led by the Building Maintenance Corporate Manager and Building Maintenance Programme Managers, to help deliver a broad mix of maintenance, servicing, refurbishment and construction projects. With our service expanding, this is an excellent moment to join and shape the next phase of our work.
