MyCabin Scotland is looking for a confident, friendly and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at our Inverness showroom.
We are a Scottish-owned company specialising in high-quality log cabins, insulated garden rooms, residential log homes and bespoke buildings. From home offices and garden rooms to full residential log homes, we help customers turn their ideas into something they can enjoy for years to come.

The role
We're looking for someone to support our existing team and help customers visiting and enquiring through our Inverness showroom.
You don't need to come from a sales background. Previous sales experience is beneficial, but we're much more interested in the person you are, how you show up and your ability to build genuine relationships with potential customers.
Our customers are often making a significant and exciting purchase. Your job is to listen to what they want, understand their plans and help guide them towards the right MyCabin product.
You'll receive full product training, so we'll make sure you have the knowledge you need. Upon successfully passing your probation period, you'll receive regular sales bonuses.
Day to day, you will:
- Welcome and speak with customers visiting the showroom
- Build relationships with potential customers and understand what they're looking for
- Showcase our range of cabins, garden rooms and residential log homes
- Respond to customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers
- Support customers through the sales journey
- Develop a strong understanding of the MyCabin range
- Work closely with the wider MyCabin Scotland team
- Provide the friendly, knowledgeable service our customers expect
Who are we looking for?
You might already be an experienced salesperson, or you might simply be someone who is naturally great with people and ready for a new challenge.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident, approachable and comfortable speaking with new people
- Naturally good at building relationships and rapport
- Enthusiastic and motivated
- Customer focused
- Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
- Willing to learn and develop strong product knowledge
- Comfortable following up enquiries and turning interest into sales
- Knowledgeable about Inverness and the surrounding area – this would be a real advantage
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, property, home improvement or a similar customer-facing environment would be beneficial, but it isn't essential.
Full product training will be provided.
Working hours
Our Inverness showroom operates between 10am and 5pm, seven days a week, so we're looking for someone who can work flexibly across our opening hours.
Specific working days and hours will be discussed as part of the recruitment process.
