Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)

About the Role
Heritus Management Ltd is seeking a professional and organised Building Co-ordinator to join our commercial property operations team in Bracknell.
This position may suit candidates with experience as a Receptionist, Office Administration, Administrative Assistant, Property Administrator, Serviced Office management, or Finance Administrator looking to develop their career within a structured commercial office environment.
The role combines front-of-house reception duties, office administration, and finance support, including invoicing and rental payment tracking. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is required.
Key Responsibilities
Reception / Front of House
- Act as first point of contact for visitors, tenants, contractors, and clients
- Manage emails, and enquiries professionally
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
- Maintain a professional and organised reception area
- Facilitate moving tenants
Office Administration
- Provide general office administration and operational support
- Manage document organisation within our Teams system
- Co-ordinating with contractors regarding site access and scheduling
- Support day-to-day commercial property office operations
- Maintaining building compliance
Finance & Accounts Support
- Prepare and process invoices
- Track rental payments and monitor tenant accounts
- Assist with credit control and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate financial records using Microsoft Office and Xero
- Support monthly reporting and reconciliation alongside the accounts team
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience in a Receptionist, Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar office-based role
- Experience supporting invoicing, accounts administration, rental payments, or credit control
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills and confidence in a front-facing role
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable:
- Experience using Xero or similar accounting software
- Experience within commercial property, facilities, or professional office environments
