✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Champion a forward‑thinking safety culture by co‑ordinating safety arrangements, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with training and regulatory requirements to protect employee well‑being.
Oversee essential administrative functions including meeting room bookings, postal services, procurement activities and general office coordination to keep operations running smoothly.
Act as the primary contact for hospitality and catering needs while ensuring seamless communication for deliveries, contractors and maintenance support.
Build strong, trusted relationships with employees, management and external service providers to maintain seamless facilities operations and uphold health and safety compliance.
Conduct regular checks of facilities to identify repair or renovation needs, and oversee recycling, equipment disposal, cleaning and security activities.

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Proven experience in health and safety is essential, with confidence in inspections, compliance and safe‑working practices.
Ability to build strong, positive relationships across all levels of the organisation and with external partners.
Comfortable analysing data, interpreting trends and working confidently with spreadsheets.
A good understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
You'll need your own car and a valid UK driving license to support site‑based and external responsibilities.
