Responsibilities

Deliver professional hair styling and barbering services tailored to client preferences
Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert advice on styles and treatments
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in accordance with health and safety standards
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair styling and barbering
Communicate clearly with clients regarding their appointments, aftercare, and product recommendations
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and operational flow

Requirements

qualification in barbering
Strong communication skills in English, with an ability to engage effectively with clients
Customer service skills that emphasise attentiveness, professionalism, and friendliness
Knowledge of current hair styling trends, techniques, and products
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
