OTE £30k

Connells Group is looking for a Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team in our Mann Canterbury branch.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to build a long-term career in financial services. No mortgage experience is required, but you must have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

With industry-leading training, ongoing support and a clear career pathway, you'll develop the knowledge, skills and professional qualifications needed to become a successful Mortgage & Protection Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with customers and Estate Agency colleagues.
Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
Develop an understanding of mortgage and protection products through structured training.
Support customers throughout their home-buying journey.
Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets.
Progress towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor.

Skills & Experience

Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, ambitious and career-focused.
Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
Organised, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
