Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including hotels and private residences. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are highly valued. Previous experience in hospitality or janitorial services is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Duties

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to company standards
Change bed linens, organise supplies, and ensure all areas are tidy and presentable
Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when working within private or sensitive environments
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Restock supplies as needed to ensure continuous availability of essentials for guests or residents

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not essential
Strong attention to detail with organisational skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team setting
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Flexibility to adapt to different shifts or schedules as required
A positive approach towards maintaining cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction
