Salary:

Basic salary of £24,000-£28,000
Uncapped commission with a realistic £60k+ OTE

Training

All new starters take part in a fully paid one-week training period with our training manager, in which you will get to know the company and how we do things, learn about our products, pick up tips on sales techniques and handling objections, and practice your sales pitch.

We’re growing our successful Sales Team in Central Southampton and are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are ready to take on new challenges.As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you’ll be right at the heart of our new business efforts — speaking with potential clients over the phone, introducing them to our cutting-edge telecom solutions, handling objections with confidence, and booking appointments for our field specialists. You’ll be joining a vibrant, driven team that’s united by a shared ambition: personal growth, professional success, and having fun along the way.
