Job title: Dental Hygienist (self‑employed) — Carmelite Dental Practice

Mon/Tues - Sept 2026 Start
Self‑employed (1 or 2 hygienists sought)

About the role
We’re seeking an experienced, personable dental hygienist to join our friendly team. You will inherit a full, established patient list with expectation to maintain excellent standards of care and grow the list through excellent patient communication and active recall. Full nursing support is provided, most of the time.

Key responsibilities

Deliver high‑quality hygiene care and preventive treatments
Build rapport and maintain clear, professional communication with patients and the clinical team
Maintain and grow an existing very large patient list, manage a growing list of new patients
Offer airflow and additional treatments where qualified

Remuneration & benefits

Competitive percentage‑based pay with increased rates for airflow treatments and other services (e.g. facial aesthetics if offered)
Established, full patient list on start
Full nursing support (majority of the time) and a supportive team environment
Opportunities for professional development and teaching experience

Requirements

Qualified and registered dental hygienist (GDC registered)
Strong communication and patient‑care skills; approachable and professional
Experience managing a busy patient list and promoting hygiene services
Willingness to participate in student education and deliver weekly tutorials

Pay: £1,000.00-£4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
