We are currently looking for a highly experienced Senior Plumber with a strong background in domestic plumbing, heating, and sanitary installations to join our growing team.
- This role is ideally suited to a seasoned professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and has extensive hands-on experience working within residential properties.
- The successful candidate will be confident in all aspects of domestic plumbing, from installations to fault finding and repairs, and will be comfortable working independently as well as supporting and guiding junior members of the team.
- You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across all projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to an exceptional standard.
- Previous experience in mentoring or supervising other plumbers would be highly beneficial. We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service in an occupied residential environment.
Our plumbers should be trade competent in most of the following areas (not all are essential):
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality workmanship
- Extensive experience (minimum 15 years) in domestic plumbing, heating, and sanitary installations - NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)
- Strong knowledge and ability to carry out all aspects of domestic plumbing work - Positive, proactive can-do attitude
- Willingness to continuously learn, develop, and stay up to date with industry standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality work -Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Experience or willingness to supervise and support junior plumbers (desirable) - Ability to manage and coordinate a small team of plumbers when required
- Full UK driving licence
- Full and clean DBS check
