Our Knutsford branch, located in the heart of this vibrant market town, is a hub of activity and success, and we are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our local, experienced team.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Senior Lettings Negotiator to manage and grow our lettings portfolio in Knutsford and the surrounding areas. While your primary focus will be on lettings, this dynamic role also includes occasional sales responsibilities, offering a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skill set within a busy, multi-disciplined branch.

You will be the face of Wright Marshall for our landlords and tenants, ensuring a seamless, stress-free process from initial enquiry to move-in day.

Key Responsibilities

Lettings Management: Registering applicants, discussing requirements, and matching them with suitable rental properties.

Property Viewings: Conducting accompanied viewings for both lettings and occasional sales properties, highlighting key features and answering queries.

Negotiation & Progression: Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and prospective tenants, and occasionally negotiating property sales.

Administration: Processing tenancy applications, coordinating reference checks, and preparing tenancy agreements.

Client Care: Liaising with landlords to provide regular feedback and updates, and ensuring tenants experience a smooth move-in process.

Business Development: Proactively identifying opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio and cross-sell our services.

Sales Support: Assisting the sales team during busy periods, including handling sales enquiries, booking valuations, and conducting sales viewings.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be hardworking, reliable, and possess a genuine passion for property. We are looking for someone who embraces our ethos of going the extra mile for our clients.

Experience: Previous experience in lettings or estate agency is essential.

Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Attributes: Proactive, organized, and capable of managing a busy workload under pressure.

A team player who is willing to assist colleagues across both lettings and sales.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Knutsford and the surrounding Cheshire area is a distinct advantage.

Requirements: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
